Success! But now what?

A quick dash in before I dash out. The Woodburne Cardigan by the lovely Carol Feller is done!

I love it so much. Here's hoping I don't lose it the way I lost my last Carol Feller cardigan. (That will haunt me for years... Where could I have lost it?)

It's just out of it's bath and it's busy blocking. And now I want to knit another cardigan but my knitter's guilt is making me focus on one of my WIP's. I just can't choose any of them because, you know, they're old. I want new. New and shiny with new and shiny yarn.

These are my options.

Some socks. Cute socks out of cute yarn. They have a deadline of the end of December.

This handspun being knitted into a shawl. It has a deadline of somewhere in February and frankly it's working so well as car knitting, that I don't want to use hometime for it.

These socks? They're dead easy. They could be dead finished if I just knit on them.

This lovely bit of business? It's had significant progress since this picture but is still many complex rows from being finished.

Or this cardigan that is a little bit further along, but not much. And yet I desperately wanted it 2 months ago...

(I can't stand this picture. There is something behind my nail and it makes me want to go scrub my hands every time I see it. Sorry, TMI.)

Paralysed with indecision. I may spin.

I vote for getting everything together for the next cardigan, but don't allow yourself to start it until you finish at least one of those deadline projects.

I would do the late December socks, but then again, I haven't knit socks in what feels like forever.

Merry Christmas!!!!

My two cents ~ spin. It soothes.

What a fabulous cardigan pattern. And I love the color. Perfection.
